Susan and I have worked on quite a few projects together, so when she called me with a new project, I was immediately excited. Not only because we could work together again, but also because it involved a children's books.
She asked if I wanted to create a logo for the Zaans Children's Book Festival. She explained the purpose, but we would still schedule a Zoom meeting. After our conversation, I immediately had all sorts of ideas, which I sketched out on paper. So when we discussed the ideas during the Zoom meeting two weeks later with her colleague, I showed them my proposal sketch and it was approved immediately.
I was able to immediately proceed with the color version, both portrait and landscape, and that too was received with great enthusiasm.
