We can overcomplicate the issue, but the fact is that it is becoming increasingly common: people with limited budgets are using AI image generators.
I understand.
I really do.
After all, not everyone has millions in the bank to invest in growing their business or turning a dream into reality. Sometimes, you simply have to be creative with your budget.
However, there are limits. AI-generated images regularly cause problems when they are sent to print. The resolution may be too low, the text and fonts may be incorrect, or the file may not have the right dimensions or bleed. That is why printers are generally not very fond of them.
Fortunately, many of these problems can be fixed. And that is where I can help.
Just like I helped Robin. She contacted me to ask whether I could prepare her label for professional printing. Nothing about the design itself could be changed. It simply needed to be converted from a poor-quality JPG into a professional vector file in Adobe Illustrator.
For me, this was not a complicated job. While recreating the design, I also corrected the small errors I found. AI, for example, has a tendency to generate non-existent fonts and inconsistent letterforms. I carefully corrected these and then created a print-ready file with the correct bleed and crop marks.
Because I was able to solve the problem quickly, Robin could soon continue with her project.
She created the design; I created a printable file.
Do you also have a design or AI-generated image that turns out to be unsuitable for professional printing? Feel free to contact me, and I will be happy to see how I can help.
