This might not have been my smartest move.
For months now, I’ve been scheduling all my social media posts a month in advance. Nice and easy. No pressure, no rushing around, and I don’t have to think about it anymore. It all just runs by itself.
Until I suddenly booked a trip to Scotland and realised I’d be leaving within a week and a half. I had COMPLETELY forgotten that I still needed to schedule my posts. So this week, there’s basically been nothing but crickets on my profiles.
Meanwhile, as I was being blown around the Scottish Highlands, work and social media didn’t cross my mind once. In fact, in most places I didn’t even have any signal. Bliss!
This weekend, I’m heading out with a friend who lives here. Not only to explore some of the most beautiful parts of the Highlands, but also to look for a little place of my own to escape to whenever the pressure in the Netherlands gets too high. Whether that’s atmospheric pressure or social pressure.
So you’ll just have to survive a little longer without my ramblings.
I’ll be back soon, giving it my full 5%!
